Dear Homeowners, Residents & Members,
I am pleased to share that our updated Estate Rules and Links Club Rules have been finalized. The Estate Rules have also been reviewed by the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and we have received their endorsement. While not a requirement, having the CSOS endorsement provides comfort that the rules are reasonable and fair to all.
